G-T

One of my favorite things to do is traveling. I have been to Asia and Africa and both offer different moods.  By mid of this year, how I planned and wanted to visit the European countries – see the famous Eiffel Tower in Paris, taste the superb paella in Barcelona, take photos of the sceneries in Amsterdam; which somehow, turned out to be a frustration for a while to me because of the visa stuff.  Random questions were playing on my mind, seeking explanations to “Why? And what did I do?” sort of stuff.  And then I realized, I still can visit Europe, not just Europe - the one edging Europe and Russia!  Haha!  To relieve the excitement turned frustration feeling, I went to two adjacent countries recently, which I called my plan B. It matches that up of the previously arranged Euro tour budget-wise.

So now, why G is “gorgeous”? The photo below is a real one though it looks as if one of those printed post cards and downloaded internet pictures, but it is not.  It is so surreal being there!  For a while my eyes were caught off and I was speechless, it was really gorgeous, that scenic view!

You might be wondering where was this place I was talking about? It is in the southeastern edge of Europe and bordering the Russian continent.  Everything is wonderful and amazingly fashioned. All that I saw were very artistic, bringing you from the medieval to classical towards the modern times, a very beautiful city as a whole.  I must say, G is now Georgia which equally stands for gorgeous, and definitely, a place worthy to be visited.

What about the T?  Tasteful? This is the second part of the plan B.   This one is still not in the Europe mainland, but its commercial historical center lies in there. It is just situated within the Gulf, a nearby country where I am based right now.  Living in the Gulf for about 8 long years now, I say with all honesty, I have never been here before! I admit it’s hilarious.  It is really insane not to visit this place because it sets record of being one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations.  People tag this country as the “European Capital of Culture”.  It’s now clear to me why it has become a traveler’s favorite, even I cannot get enough of it.  Everything is just so tasteful! It is like putting my world history class into reality! Hahaha! Getting a glimpse of the old times - the colonial, territorial, and imperial periods, are extremely indescribable.  T means Turkey, a tasteful place to visit! I thank God for the enjoyable week I had!  It is indeed one of the happiest weeks of my stay in the Gulf.  Hoping for more adventures and travels soon! :)
